Achieving Stars Therapy seeks a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team in Kansas. You will work with individuals, families, and caregivers to deliver behavioral health services and supervise behavior therapists.

The role includes developing assessments, implementing intervention programs, and coordinating with interdisciplinary teams. Hybrid work is offered with travel as needed, and a focus on compassionate, individualized care is essential.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification from BACB is required.
• Experience working with children with autism.
• Proficient in behavioral assessments and interventions.
• Familiarity with HIPAA regulations.
• Strong interpersonal skills for working with children, families, and caregivers.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and develop behavior intervention plans.
• Implement behavior reduction and skill acquisition programs.
• Monitor and analyze client progress through data collection.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care.
