Achieving Stars Therapy KS seeks a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team, delivering behavioral health services and supervision to therapists while supporting individuals, families, and caregivers.

Responsibilities include conducting assessments, creating intervention plans, supervising staff, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care and best outcomes for clients.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification from the BACB.
• Experience working with children with autism.
• Proficiency in behavioral assessments and interventions.
• Familiarity with HIPAA regulations.
• Strong interpersonal skills for working with children, families, and caregivers.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and develop behavior intervention plans.
• Implement behavior reduction and skill acquisition programs.
• Monitor and analyze client progress through data collection.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care.
• Provide training and supervision to behavior technicians and caregivers.
