Job summary

Move Up ABA is seeking a BCBA to join as a Hybrid clinician delivering assessments, treatment plans, supervision of RBTs, and parent training. Initial in-person work will occur in the Richmond/Hampstead Virginia regions with telehealth as cases allow.

The role offers competitive pay, flexible scheduling, and strong clinical mentorship in a supportive, collaborative setting, with 25% in-person work and caseloads balanced for work-life harmony.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
• Active BCBA certification with a minimum of 6 months of experience.
• Experience supervising RBTs.
• Experience working with children and/or adolescents with Autism.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial assessments and reassessments
• Develop individualized treatment plans
• Complete and maintain clinical documentation
• Analyze treatment data and adjust programming as needed
• Provide supervision and support to RBTs
• Deliver parent and caregiver training
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Education

Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field

Active BCBA certification

Demonstrated competency in behavior reduction and skill acquisition programming

Experience working with children and/or adolescents with Autism

Experience supervising RBTs

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Reliable transportation

Ability to pass a criminal background check
