Ability-Builders-Consulting-Co. is hiring a BCBA for a hybrid, full- or part-time role in the Iowa area. You will lead assessments and develop behavioral plans for children with autism, while supervising staff and coordinating with families.

The position emphasizes licensure maintenance, professional development, and a collaborative clinical team. A Master’s in ABA and BCBA certification are required, with BACB credentialing and related memberships encouraged.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in ABA or a related field and BCBA certification.
• Minimum two years of experience working with children or young adults with Autism Spectrum Disorders.
• Credentialed as BCBA by the BACB and maintaining professional memberships.

Responsibilities

• Lead initial and ongoing assessments for each client.
• Develop and monitor individual treatment and behavior plans.
• Provide regular staff training and supervision with feedback for progress.
• Facilitate caregiver meetings and training to ensure open communication.
• Submit required documents for audits and maintain regulatory compliance.
