Job summary

BK Healthcare Management in Maryland seeks passionate and dedicated BCBAs to join our mission of providing excellent ABA services to children and families. You will supervise programs, conduct assessments, and tailor interventions while collaborating with a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with clinical assessments and interpretation.
• Ability to supervise paraprofessionals in delivering ABA services.
• Experience coordinating with families and caregivers for training and support.

Responsibilities

• Provide client assessments and supervise ABA programs.
• Assess program performance and adjust as needed.
• Deliver ABA training to parents and caregivers.
• Oversee paraprofessional staff and provide supervision.
