Job summary

Qualifications

• Must hold BCBA certification.
• MD-based licensure as LBA preferred.
• Ability to administer and interpret clinical assessments.
• Ability to train and supervise paraprofessionals in ABA services.
• Respect for cultural diversity and adapting ABA procedures accordingly.
• Willingness to accept supervision and guidance.

Responsibilities

• Provide client assessments and progress monitoring.
• Supervise ongoing ABA programs and adjust as needed.
• Train and support parents and caregivers in ABA strategies.
