Job summary

BK Healthcare Management is actively seeking passionate BCBAs to deliver high-quality ABA services in Maryland. The role offers 6 months of paid training, opportunities for internal advancement, and mentorship programs with clinical directors.

You will supervise paraprofessionals, supervise ongoing ABA programs, and provide training for parents and caregivers while ensuring ethical and effective client care. Full-time and part-time positions available.

Qualifications

• Ability to administer and interpret clinical assessments
• Experience supervising ABA programs and staff
• Strong clinical judgment and adaptability
