Upwards ABA is hiring a BCBA to support clients across Aurora and East Denver in a hybrid role with flexible hours and the potential for a sustainable local caseload. The position offers part-time, supplemental, or full-time potential with leadership access and quick decision-making.

The compensation ranges from $60–$81 per hour, depending on experience and caseload fit, with bonus opportunities and a focus on practical, local service delivery.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification required.
• Experience supervising RBTs preferred.
• Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee care for assigned clients in the Aurora / East Denver area.
• Supervise and support RBTs.
• Conduct assessments and update treatment plans.
• Complete required documentation in a timely manner.
• Provide in-person clinical oversight as needed.
