Job summary

Upwards ABA is seeking a BCBA to support clients in Windsor and Loveland, CO, in a hybrid role offering flexible hours and the opportunity to build a local caseload over time.

The ideal candidate holds an active BCBA certification and is prepared to supervise RBTs while conducting assessments and updating treatment plans. The role allows in-person oversight with leadership access and a gradually expanding caseload in a cooperative local service area.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification.
• Experience supervising RBTs preferred.
• Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee care for assigned clients in the Windsor / Loveland area
• Supervise and support RBTs
• Conduct assessments and update treatment plans
• Complete required documentation in a timely manner
• Provide in-person clinical oversight as needed
