Job summary

Compleat KiDZ is seeking a motivated BCBA for a hybrid role (in-clinic + remote) in North Carolina. You will lead assessments, create effective treatment plans, and supervise RBTs while coordinating with families and care teams.

The position offers a strong local support network, competitive base salary of $100,000, relocation assistance, and a comprehensive benefits package including CEUs to support ongoing professional growth.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification required and NC licensure (or eligibility).
• Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Strong communication, collaboration and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Supervise RBTs and provide direct clinical support.
• Monitor learner progress and adjust programs as needed.
• Partner with families and caregivers through education and collaboration.
• Maintain timely, accurate documentation in accordance with ethical and funding guidelines.
