Job summary

Compleat KiDZ in North Carolina is seeking a Hybrid Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. This full-time role blends in-clinic and remote work, offering a flexible hybrid schedule and strong in-clinic support.

You will conduct assessments, supervise RBTs, monitor progress, and collaborate with families to implement effective treatment plans while maintaining compliant documentation and ethical standards.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification required.
• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• NC licensure or eligibility before start.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Supervise RBTs and provide direct clinical support.
• Monitor learner progress and adjust programs as needed.
• Partner with families and caregivers through education and collaboration.
• Maintain timely, accurate documentation in accordance with ethical and funding guidelines.
