Job summary

To the Moon ABA Therapy is seeking a skilled BCBA to serve as Clinical Supervisor in a hybrid role. The position offers supervision across clinic-based, home-based, and telehealth services, with an emphasis on clinical oversight across diverse service models.

You will lead client assessments, develop individualized plans, supervise BTs/RBTs, and train families while upholding ethical standards. Join a small, supportive team focused on quality care and work-life balance.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification or active BCBA credential required.
• Experience supervising BCBA/BT staff preferred.
• Familiarity with assessment tools: ABLLS-R, VB-MAPP, Vineland, PEAK, AFLS.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership to clients, families, and supervisees.
• Develop and monitor individualized treatment plans and data-based adjustments.
• Oversee BTs/RBTs to ensure ethical and accurate implementation of plans.
• Conduct parent training and promote family involvement in treatment planning.
• Complete monthly/quarterly reports and maintain clinical documentation.
