Responsibilities

• Supervise and mentor RBTs and direct staff, providing feedback and training.
• Maintain accurate records and prepare clinical reports in the EHR.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (speech, OT, educators) to optimize care.
• Educate parents and caregivers on ASD strategies for home settings.
• Ensure interventions align with ethical guidelines and regulatory requirements.
