SpringHealth Behavioral Health and Integrated Care in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) for a full-time, hybrid role. You will conduct comprehensive assessments, develop Behavior Intervention Plans, and implement ABA interventions tailored to each client.

You will supervise RBTs and collaborate with speech and occupational therapists to coordinate care, maintain detailed documentation, and engage families to support at-home strategies.

Competenze

• Must be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in good standing with BACB.
• Must have experience implementing Applied Behavior Analysis programming with behavioral intervention.
• Review and interpret highly technical information; write materials and communicate effectively.
• Ability to supervise and mentor RBTs and staff, providing training and feedback.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of children with ASD to evaluate behavior, skills, and needs.
• Develop individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) based on assessment results.
