Job summary

BUILDING BLOCK RESOLUTIONS INC in Los Angeles is hiring Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) or Assistant Behavior Analysts (BCaBA) for a full-time, hybrid position focused on supporting clinical programming and supervising clinical care.

This role allows clinicians to manage their own schedules while receiving support from a dedicated team. The ideal candidate will have BCBA or BCaBA certification, strong communication skills, and a commitment to ethical service delivery.

Competitive salary ranges from $50K to $90K, with additional incentives and bonuses.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA or BCaBA certification (BACB) required.
• ABA experience preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills needed.
• Must be comfortable traveling throughout Los Angeles and Orange County.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise clinical care BTs/RBTs for a manageable caseload.
• Maintain a minimum of 25 billable hours/week.
• Support assessments and treatment plan implementation under BCBA guidance.
• Track and review client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical team members.
• Ensure ethical, high-quality service delivery.

We’re hiring BCBA's and BCaBA's for a full-time, hybrid role where you’ll support clinical programming, work closely with BCBAs, and grow your skills; with scheduling, client success, billing, and administrative teams in place to support you.

What You’ll Do
