Job summary

BK Behavior is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to deliver Applied Behavior Analysis services to children and families across Nebraska. This hybrid role combines remote work with one required in-person visit per month, offering flexible scheduling to fit your life.

Qualifications

• Must hold or be eligible for Nebraska BCBA licensure.
• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Experience providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop ABA treatment plans.
• Provide supervision to behavior technicians.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborate with caregivers for treatment goals.
• Maintain accurate documentation and regulatory compliance.
