Job summary

BK Healthcare Management is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to deliver Applied Behavior Analysis services to children and families across Nebraska. This hybrid role combines remote work with one required in-person visit per month to support hands-on assessments and trainings.

You will conduct behavioral assessments, develop treatment plans, supervise behavior technicians, and collaborate with caregivers to drive meaningful clinical progress.

Qualifications

• Must hold Nebraska licensure or be eligible to obtain it.
• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis or a related field.
• Experience providing ABA services to individuals with autism preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and clinical guidance to behavior technicians.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams to support goals.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure ethical and clinical standards.
