Job summary

BK Behavior in Nebraska seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide Applied Behavior Analysis services to children and families. This hybrid role allows remote work with one required in-person visit per month, serving clients across Nebraska and beyond.

You will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, supervise technicians, and collaborate with caregivers to drive meaningful clinical progress. Competitive hourly compensation and ongoing professional support are included.

Qualifications

• Nebraska behavior analyst licensure eligibility or current licensure.
• Experience providing ABA services with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.
• Ability to supervise behavior technicians and collaborate with caregivers.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and clinical guidance to behavior technicians implementing programs.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams to support treatment goals.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with ethical and clinical standards.
