Job summary

BK Healthcare Management is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to deliver Applied Behavior Analysis services to children and families across Nebraska. This hybrid role allows mainly remote work with one required in-person visit per month.

You will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, supervise technicians, and collaborate with caregivers to drive meaningful clinical progress while maintaining compliant documentation and ethical standards.

Qualifications

• Nebraska licensure eligible or currently licensed as a BCBA or. willingness to obtain Nebraska licensure.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans
• Provide supervision and clinical guidance to behavior technicians implementing programs
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams to support treatment goals
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with ethical and clinical standards

Education

Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
