Qualifications

• BCBA certification required with 1+ year ABA experience.

Responsibilities

• Caseload management for 7–10 clients in exclusive group.
• In-person school-based supervision with RBTs and educators.
• In-home supervision via telehealth and guiding families online.
• Design individualized assessments and treatment plans based on real needs.
• Collaborate with schools and communities to grow presence in the state.
• Maintain compliance with BACB ethics, state laws and insurance policies.
