Job summary

Brightstone Therapy in Jacksonville is seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing team. This full-time role supports clients across clinic, home, and school settings in a hybrid work environment.

You will conduct FBAs, develop treatment plans, supervise RBTs, collaborate with families and professionals, and ensure ethically sound practice. Starting salary is $80,000+ with a tiered bonus structure and relocation assistance.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification.
• Experience in clinic, home, and/or school-based ABA services preferred (not required).
• Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary teams.
• Medicaid and Tricare credentialing is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs).
• Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans.
• Supervise and train Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary professionals.
• Implement and oversee ABA services across clinic, home, and school settings.
• Monitor client progress and make data-driven adjustments using our online platform.
• Ensure compliance with ethical and payor standards.
