We are seeking a dedicated BCaBA who values ethical care, individualized treatment, family partnership, and high-quality clinical work within a structured and supportive environment.
This role offers flexibility with hybrid scheduling options that include both in-person and telehealth services based on client needs, clinical appropriateness, and scheduling considerations. Cases are assigned based on clinician location whenever possible to support manageable scheduling and travel expectations.
BCaBAs work closely with BCBA leadership to support assessment, supervision, caregiver collaboration, skill acquisition programming, behavior reduction programming, and ongoing treatment implementation.
Full-time and part-time opportunities are available based on clinician availability, caseload needs, and scheduling preferences. Caseloads are intentionally designed to support quality care and sustainable clinical practice.

To support ethical care and protect both clinicians and clients, BCaBAs in this role are not expected to independently conduct initial assessments, write or approve treatment plans or BIPs, authorize service hours, or make independent clinical decisions outside BCBA direction and oversight.
