Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 2+ years in sales, estimating, field work, or design engineering supporting BAS (HVAC).
• Proficient in reading mechanical, electrical, and plumbing plans and schematics.
• Willingness to travel nationwide up to 20%.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist sales with scope development for opportunities not fully defined.
• Develop scope of work for Siemens proposals with attention to detail.
• Communicate with customers, vendors, and internal teams.
• Understand BAS and optimize energy efficiency through automation and controls.
• Evaluate materials/pricing and suggest substitutions meeting specs.
• Coordinate estimating with an estimator and local operations team.
• Participate in site visits and support cost reviews and handovers.
• Develop pre-construction opportunities and manage multiple projects.
