Qualifications

• BS in a related field or equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years of project management experience within the BAS/HVAC Controls space.
• 7+ years of experience in the Building automation/HVAC Controls industry.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all phases of assigned projects (new construction, renovations, upgrades).
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet client expectations in Ft. Meade and Baltimore area.
• Manage schedules, resources, subcontractors, and stakeholder communication.
