Job summary

LeoForce is seeking a BAS/HVAC Controls Project Manager in the Ft. Meade/Baltimore region to lead projects from initiation to completion, ensuring on-time delivery, budget compliance and client satisfaction.

The ideal candidate has a BS or equivalent experience with 5+ years in PM and 7+ years in building automation/HVAC. Familiarity with Automated Logic and Niagara n4 is a plus.

Qualifications

• MUST HAVE: BS in a related field OR equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years of project management experience within BAS/HVAC Controls space.
• 7+ years of experience in Building automation/HVAC Controls industry.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all phases of assigned BAS/HVAC projects from initiation to closeout; ensure on-time delivery and budget adherence.

As a PM on our team, you will be responsible for overseeing all phases of assigned projects—including new construction, renovations, and upgrades—ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to client expectations in the Ft. Meade and Baltimore area. This role manages schedules, resources, subcontractors, and stakeholder communication while maintaining strong customer relationships and financial performance.
MUST HAVE:

• BS in a related field OR equivalent professional experience
• 5+ years of project management experience within the BAS/HVAC Controls space
• 7+ years of experience in the Building automation/HVAC Controls industry

NICE TO HAVE:

• Experience with Automated Logic
• Experience with Tridium Niagara n4
