Job summary

Jobot is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to oversee all phases of BAS/HVAC projects in the Ft. Meade/Baltimore area, from new construction to upgrades. You will coordinate schedules, resources, subcontractors, and stakeholder communication to deliver on time and within budget while maintaining client satisfaction.

Requires a BS or equivalent, 5+ years in BAS/HVAC PM, and 7+ years in building automation. Nice to have Automated Logic and Tridium Niagara n4; base salary is $120k-$135k with bonus

• 7+ years experience in Building automation/HVAC controls industry.

Job Details

As a PM on our team, you will be responsible for overseeing all phases of assigned projects—including new construction, renovations, and upgrades—ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to client expectations in the Ft. Meade and Baltimore area. This role manages schedules, resources, subcontractors, and stakeholder communication while maintaining strong customer relationships and financial performance.

MUST HAVE:

• BS in a related field OR equivalent professional experience
• 5+ years of project management experience within the BAS/HVAC Controls space
• 7+ years of experience in the Building automation/HVAC Controls industry

NICE TO HAVE:

• Experience with Automated Logic
• Experience with Tridium Niagara n4
