KeyBank is seeking a branch-based Financial Wellness Advisor in Brighton, MI. You will split time between client servicing and transaction support while engaging clients in deeper conversations to uncover needs and provide guidance for financial wellness.

You will work with branch leadership in a hybrid environment, helping strengthen client relationships, meet activity goals, and support branch performance in a dynamic retail banking setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent business experience required.
• Experience in developing client relationships and achieving sales goals.
• Cash handling experience and basic PC skills required.
• Familiarity with digital banking platforms and education of clients on digital options.

Responsabilités

• Provide excellent client service and identify opportunities to deepen relationships.
• Process financial service transactions accurately while spotting wellness opportunities.
• Resolve servicing issues and educate clients on products and digital channels.
• Maintain knowledge of product guides, fees, and policies to stay current.
