KeyBank in Monroe, MI is seeking a friendly, proactive Financial Wellness Advisor (FWA) who splits time between client servicing and transaction support. You will help clients move forward in their financial journey by listening, advising, and offering tailored solutions in person and by phone.

This hybrid role requires strong cash handling, relationship building, and the ability to educate clients on digital banking, loans, and investments. Notary license within 180 days is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; notary license preferred.
• Experience developing client relationships and meeting sales goals.
• Ability to handle cash and educate clients on digital banking platforms.

Responsabilités

• Accept and process all financial transactions while identifying opportunities to deepen client relationships.
• Resolve basic servicing issues and provide tailored financial wellness guidance.
• Assist in in-person and proactive client conversations; participate in branch huddles and adhere to procedures.
• Build partnerships with teammates and product partners to support client needs and branch performance.
• Comply with policies, balance cash drawer, and maintain security of operations.
