KeyBank in Belfast, Maine is seeking a branch-based associate in a hybrid role focused on client servicing and proactive outreach. You will support transactions, advise clients on financial wellness, and grow relationships with customers and businesses in the community.

Responsibilities include accurate transaction processing, cross-selling potential, and maintaining knowledge of product guides and policies.

Qualificações

High School Diploma or equivalent business experience is required.
Experience developing current and new client relationships and achieving sales goals is required.
Cash handling experience is required.

Accepts and accurately processes all financial service transactions to deepen client relationships.
Identifies and resolves more complex client servicing issues.
Recognizes financial wellness opportunities and provides tailored guidance.
Meets activity, behavior, and outcome goals consistently.
Participates in morning huddles and end-of-day debriefs.
Follows compliance, audit, and cash-security procedures; balances cash drawer.
Develops partnerships with branches and business partners to grow client relationships.
Stays current on product guides, fees, and policies; supports cross-sell.
Willing to work Saturdays as directed by management.
