KeyBank is seeking a Financial Wellness Advisor to partner with clients in our Mercer Island branch. The role blends client servicing and transaction support, with a focus on uncovering needs and guiding clients toward financial wellness through proactive conversations and digital channels.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma GED, or equivalent business experience (required).
• Experience developing current and new client relationships and meeting sales goals (required).
• Experience in cash handling (required).
• General PC skills with Windows and calculator; ability to educate clients on digital platforms (required).

Responsabilités

• Provide financial wellness guidance to clients during conversations and transactions.
• Accept and accurately process financial service transactions; identify opportunities to deepen relationships.
• Serve as a resource to resolve more complex client servicing issues.
• Maintain knowledge of product guides, fees, and policies; stay current on offerings.
• Work on Saturdays as directed by management and ensure compliance with procedures.
