Job summary

KeyCorp is seeking a Customer Service/Financial Wellness Advisor to support clients in the Livonia area. The role blends client servicing with proactive conversations to uncover needs and provide guidance on financial wellness, both in person and by phone.

As part of a hybrid branch team, you will work with leadership to prioritize activities that drive branch performance, ensure accurate cash handling, and maintain knowledge of product guides and policies. Saturday work may be required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent business experience required.
• Experience in developing client relationships and meeting sales goals.
• Experience with cash handling and basic PC use.

Responsibilities

• Embodies a strong client experience culture and builds trust with clients and teammates.
• Accepts and accurately processes all financial service transactions.
• Identifies opportunities to deepen client relationships during transactions.
• Acts as a resource to resolve more complex client servicing issues.
• Listen for financial wellness opportunities and provide tailored guidance.
• Follow compliance, audit, and security procedures and balance cash drawer.
