Top Echelon Software, LLC is seeking a Banking & Finance Associate Attorney for its Amlaw 50 Banking & Finance practice. The role involves handling sophisticated domestic and cross-border financing transactions, advising lenders and borrowers, and collaborating with a top-tier team.

The ideal candidate has a JD from a top-tier law school, active Bar admission, 4–6 years in structured finance at a major law firm, and a strong client-service orientation.

Competenze

• JD from a top-tier law school with strong academic record.
• Active Bar Admission in applicable jurisdiction, in good standing.
• 4-6 years of substantive experience in structured finance and secured lending at a major law firm.

Mansioni

• Represent credit funds and other lenders and/or borrowers and sponsors in domestic and international financing transactions.
• Draft and negotiate credit agreements, security documents, intercreditor agreements, and related transaction documentation.
• Support transactions involving receivables financings and other structured credit deals, private credit, syndicated credit facilities, structured finance, and distressed situations.
• Collaborate with colleagues across offices and practice groups to deliver seamless client service.
• Manage deal execution from initial diligence through closing.
