Our client, a prestigious Amlaw 50 firm, is seeking a highly motivated Banking & Finance Associate Attorney to join its sophisticated and expanding Banking & Finance practice. This opportunity offers exposure to a wide range of complex domestic and cross-border financing transactions, working alongside a collaborative team known for its technical excellence and client-focused approach.

Qualifications

JD from a top-tier law school with a strong academic record.
Active Bar Admission in applicable jurisdiction.
4–6 years of structured finance and secured lending experience at a major law firm.
Experience representing credit funds and other lenders, and/or borrowers and sponsors in a broad range of financings.
Familiarity with structured credit, receivables financings, distressed financings, and growth capital transactions."

Responsibilities

Represent credit funds and other lenders and/or borrowers and sponsors in domestic and international financing transactions.
Draft and negotiate credit agreements, security documents, intercreditor agreements, and related transaction documentation.
Support transactions involving receivables financings and other structured credit deals, private credit, syndicated credit facilities, structured finance, and distressed situations.
Collaborate with colleagues across offices and practice groups to deliver seamless client service.
Manage deal execution from initial diligence through closing.
