Job summary

Talent Solutions Partners is seeking a Banking & Finance Associate Attorney for a hybrid role with a premier Amlaw 50 firm. The ideal candidate has 4-6 years of structured finance and secured lending experience and a JD from a top-tier law school.

Qualified applicants will have active bar admission in the applicable jurisdiction, strong client service skills, and demonstrated ability to manage multiple matters.

Qualifications

• JD from a top-tier law school with strong academic record.
• Active Bar Admission in the applicable jurisdiction, in good standing.
• 4-6 years in structured finance and secured lending at a major law firm.
• Experience representing credit funds, lenders, borrowers and sponsors.

Responsibilities

• Represent lenders and/or borrowers and sponsors in domestic and international financing transactions.
• Draft and negotiate credit agreements, security documents, intercreditor agreements, and related transaction documentation.
• Support transactions involving receivables financings and other structured credit deals, private credit, syndicated credit facilities, structured finance, and distressed situations.
• Collaborate with colleagues across offices and practice groups to deliver seamless client service.
• Manage deal execution from initial diligence through closing.
