Job summary

Velvet Caviar is seeking a Soft Goods Product Developer to own the bags category, from concept to production, at a fast-growing brand with a strong online presence. You will work with designers and overseas factories, draft 2D sketches, create factory-ready tech packs, negotiate with vendors, and drive on-time delivery while reporting quarterly on trends and opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Design or Production is required.
• Proven ability to launch new products and styles.
• Experience collaborating with factories and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Lead soft goods development for new bags in tech and travel.
• Draft 2D sketches and convert to factory-ready tech packs.
• Coordinate daily with overseas factories on developments.
• Present samples for leadership approval.
• Negotiate pricing across multiple vendors.
• Track product landscape and opportunities quarterly.
