Job summary

Golub Capital in Chicago seeks an Associate Director to lead Back Office Business Analysis and Product Ownership within Technology Solutions. You will guide a team of Business Analysts and Product Owners, translate complex back-office requirements, and partner with Fund Accounting, Treasury and other groups to deliver scalable technology solutions that reduce risk and improve efficiency.

The role requires 15+ years in financial services, expert Geneva platform knowledge, strong SQL and data

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• 15+ years in a similar financial services role.
• Expert knowledge of SS&C Geneva platform.
• Experience leading teams across stakeholders, applications, and vendors.
• Strong analytical skills to translate requirements into technical specs.
• Experience with all SDLC phases in an Agile environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Business Analysts and Product Owners to deliver technology solutions.
• Partner with Fund Accounting, Treasury and other groups to identify process improvements.
• Translate business requirements into clear user stories, data flows and success criteria.
• Oversee delivery from analysis through post production support and validation.
• Ensure solutions meet requirements, quality standards and operational readiness.
• Manage vendors and competing priorities to maintain delivery momentum.
