Job summary

Golub Capital seeks a Senior Associate to join its Investor Communications group in a hybrid Chicago-area setting. The role focuses on onboarding and maintaining investor accounts, executing data management SLAs, and supporting CRM improvements and bank reconciliations.

The candidate should have 1–3 years in financial services, strong Excel skills, and the ability to work well both independently and with teams in a fast-paced office environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in financial services.
• Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Onboarding and maintenance of investor accounts, including collection and analysis of banking and investor contact information.
• On-time execution of Data Management Team SLAs.
• Support bank account reconciliations (capital calls and distributions).
• Contribute to Investor Communications projects and CRM improvements.
• Collaborate with back-office teams on daily and ad-hoc requests.
