Qualifikationen

• CPA is a plus.
• Experience across accounting systems to improve processes and tools.
• Strong knowledge of middle/back-office operations and US-GAAP; IFRS a plus.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments; proficient with Jira/Confluence; SQL a plus.

• Own delivery of accounting capabilities across Broadridge’s investment suite.
• Collaborate with product leadership to influence strategy and roadmap.
• Write epics, user stories, and NFRs following INVEST/MVP.
• Coordinate releases and ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
• Perform hands-on testing, log defects, and ensure product quality.
• Drive process improvements and operational excellence across the lifecycle.
• Support clients with demos, documentation, and analysis.
