Zohorecruit is seeking a Business Analyst 5 for the Environment, Great Lakes and Energy (EGLE) program in Lansing, MI. The role focuses on liaison between DTMB and project stakeholders, elicitation, process modeling and requirements development to support ongoing enhancements.

You will work in a hybrid schedule, onsite two days a week, with no remote option, and must be authorized to work in the United States.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of business process review, requirements elicitation, and documentation including process modeling.
• 5 years developing or managing user stories on Agile projects.
• 2+ years collaborating with senior management to set strategy and roadmaps.

Responsabilités

• Act as liaison between DTMB and project stakeholders.
• Provide facilitation, elicitation, and process modeling to define requirements.
• Support EGLE projects and contribute to BA team operations.
• Ensure compliance with DTMB policies and enable project success.
