Job summary

Kao USA, Inc. is seeking a Developer, Data and Integration to maintain and enhance our enterprise integration landscape, focusing on B2B/EDI transactions and partner onboarding.

You will design and supervise scalable solutions, collaborating with supply chain, sales and finance teams to meet data needs and ensure reliability. The role emphasizes SDLC ownership from analysis through deployment, with cross-team leadership and familiarity with Informatica IICS/IDMC, SAP IDOCs, and EDI standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent business experience in Computer/Data Science or related field.
• 5+ years of B2B/EDI experience developing workflows and data mapping.
• Familiarity with EDI standards (X12, EDIFACT, TRADACOMS) in consumer products or supply chain context.
• Experience with EDI transactions for Retail/Supply Chain (e.g., X12 850/855/856/810/824/864).
• Experience with data transport for integration (AS2, X.400, EDI VAN).
• Experience with SAP and IDOCs in integration solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, document and manage scalable integration solutions for B2B/EDI transactions.
• Develop and maintain workflows using Informatica IICS/IDMC across B2B/EDI, CAI, CDI, CDIR.
• Collaborate with business units and teams to translate data needs into technical solutions (Jira/Confluence/Zephyr).
• Monitor and troubleshoot integration jobs and data flows for reliability and performance.
• Document integration processes, data flows and technical specifications.
• Participate in architecture discussions to evolve integration and data platforms.
