Resource Innovations is seeking a Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 Infrastructure Engineer to join our team across multiple locations including Chicago IL. This role administers, secures, and optimizes Azure and Microsoft 365 services while supporting hybrid environments to improve reliability and user experience.

Responsibilities include deploying Azure infrastructure, managing VMs, storage, networking, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Entra ID; applying policies,

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience administering production services in Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365.
• Experience with Azure compute, storage, networking, subscriptions, resource groups, monitoring, backup, and access controls.
• Experience administering at least two core Microsoft 365 workloads such as Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, or Microsoft 365 Apps.

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, configure, and maintain Azure infrastructure across subscriptions and landing zones.
• Administer Azure VMs, storage accounts, networks, and private endpoints.
• Use Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and Service Health for operational visibility.
• Apply Azure Policy, RBAC, tagging, and Defender recommendations.
• Administer Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and related services.
• Coordinate 365 Apps deployment and updates with endpoint teams.
• Automate tasks via PowerShell and Microsoft Graph.
• Troubleshoot incidents and maintain runbooks and runbooks.
