Job summary

Resource Innovations is seeking a Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 Infrastructure Engineer to join our team across multiple locations, including Phoenix, Chicago, and Denver. You will administer, secure, and optimize Azure and Microsoft 365 services to improve reliability and efficiency.

The role requires hands-on Azure/M365 experience, strong identity management, PowerShell automation, and collaboration with security and operations.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience administering production Azure and Microsoft 365 services.
• Experience with Azure compute, storage, networking, subscriptions, resource groups, monitoring, backup, and access controls.
• Strong knowledge of Entra ID, RBAC, administrative roles, groups, enterprise applications, authentication, and least-privilege principles.
• Proficient in PowerShell for Azure or Microsoft 365 administration; familiarity with Microsoft Graph is highly valued.
• Clear written and verbal communication and ability to collaborate across infrastructure, security, and business teams.

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, configure, and maintain Microsoft Azure infrastructure across subscriptions, resource groups, regions, and landing-zone patterns.
• Administer Azure Virtual Machines, storage, networking, backup, and hybrid connectivity.
• Use Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, Azure Service Health, and diagnostic tools to maintain service availability.
• Apply Azure Policy, RBAC, tagging, and Defender for Cloud recommendations.
• Administer Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive.
