Job summary

Resource Innovations seeks a Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 Infrastructure Engineer to join our team across multiple U.S. locations, including Denver, CO.

You will administer, secure, and optimize Azure and Microsoft 365 services, improve reliability, user experience, and operational efficiency across the organization. Responsibilities include deploying and managing Azure infrastructure, VMs, networking, monitoring, and policy enforcement; administering Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience administering production services in Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365.
• Experience with Azure compute, storage, networking, subscriptions, resource groups, monitoring, backup, and access controls.
• Experience administering at least two core Microsoft 365 workloads (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, or 365 Apps).
• Working knowledge of Entra ID, RBAC, administrative roles, groups, enterprise applications, authentication, and least-privilege principles.

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, configure, and maintain Microsoft Azure infrastructure across subscriptions, resource groups, regions, and landing-zone patterns.
• Administer Azure VMs, storage, networking, DNS, backup, and hybrid connectivity.
• Use Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, Service Health, and recovery tools to maintain availability and visibility.
• Administer Microsoft 365 tenant settings, service health, licensing, usage reporting, and escalations.
• Coordinate Microsoft 365 Apps administration, update-channel decisions, deployment support, and issue resolution with endpoint-management teams.
