Job summary
Resource Innovations is seeking a Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 Infrastructure Engineer to join our team across multiple locations, including Salt Lake City. You will administer, secure, and optimize Azure and Microsoft 365 services, focusing on identity management, hybrid environments, and reliability to improve user experience and operational efficiency.
Ideal candidates have hands-on experience with Azure, Microsoft 365 workloads such as Exchange Online and Teams, PowerShell automation,
Qualifications
- Hands-on administering Azure and Microsoft 365.
- Experience with Azure compute, storage, networking, and access controls.
- Experience with at least two core Microsoft 365 workloads (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, or 365 Apps).
- Knowledge of Entra ID, RBAC, and least-privilege principles.
Responsibilities
- Design, deploy, configure, and maintain Azure infrastructure across subscriptions and regions.
- Administer Azure services including VMs, storage accounts, VNets, and connectivity.
- Monitor service health and implement recovery and diagnostics tooling.
- Manage Microsoft 365 tenant settings, licensing, and service health.
- Troubleshoot incidents and coordinate service restoration with cross-functional teams.
- Collaborate with cybersecurity on Defender, Purview, and data retention.
