Job summary

Resource Innovations is seeking a Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 Infrastructure Engineer to join our growing team in Salt Lake City, UT and multiple other locations. You will administer and optimize Azure and Microsoft 365 services, manage identity and hybrid connectivity, and collaborate with cybersecurity and compliance teams to improve reliability and user experience.

Qualifications

Hands-on experience administering production services in Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365.
Experience with Azure compute, storage, networking, subscriptions, resource groups, monitoring, backup, and access controls.
Experience administering at least two core Microsoft 365 workloads such as Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, or Microsoft 365 Apps.

Responsibilities

Design, deploy, configure, and maintain Microsoft Azure infrastructure across subscriptions, resource groups, regions, and landing-zone patterns.
Administer Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive capabilities.
Coordinate Microsoft 365 Apps administration and service configuration with endpoint-management teams.
Troubleshoot incidents, fulfill service requests, and document root cause.
