Job summary

Charter Global is seeking an experienced Azure Landing Zone Architect & Project Lead to drive the design, implementation, and operationalization of an enterprise Azure Landing Zone for a regulated financial services client. This hands-on role requires deep expertise in Azure architecture, Terraform, CI/CD automation, security, governance, and hybrid connectivity.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in cloud infrastructure, with hands-on Azure Landing Zone implementations.
• Experience designing governance, IAM (RBAC), and security controls.
• Experience with hybrid connectivity and ExpressRoute.
• Strong workshop facilitation and client-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and deployment of enterprise Azure Landing Zone for regulated finance client.
• Run client workshops, define target architecture, and oversee IaC via Terraform.
• Guide onshore/offshore teams through build, tests, and production.
• Ensure CI/CD integration and governance policies are implemented.
