Qualifications

• Master's or PhD in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related quantitative field.
• Proven experience as a Data Scientist with predictive modeling portfolio.
• Proficiency in Python or R and libraries (scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Experience with SQL and database management; big data tech a plus.
• Strong background in statistical modeling, ML algorithms, and data mining.
• Experience with time-series and sensor data; automotive knowledge is a plus.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment balancing office and remote work.

Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and preprocess large datasets from vehicle sensors and logs.
• Develop ML models for predicting component failures and maintenance needs.
• Design experiments to validate model accuracy and effectiveness.
• Analyze data patterns to identify root causes and recommend actions.
• Create visualizations and dashboards for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Collaborate with engineers and product managers to integrate solutions.
