Job summary

Qualifications

• 1 year IT computing experience with focus in infrastructure services.
• 1 year experience working with server OS (W2K3 and W2K8); PC OS support (XP); OS patching.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain Eaton HMI - DB/Displays/Test devices with BA (EMS & ADMS)
• Transmission & Distribution (T&D) Substation RTU commissioning with ADMS & EMS
• T&D SCADA Apparatus O&M tier 1 support
• Substation Monitoring Tier 1 Support
• Maintain Substation monitoring software
• Cyber security apparatus support
• Demonstrates ability to work with both internal and external customers/clients
• Able to plan out required actions to address an issue; define scope and tasks
• Works with limited supervision and guidance, independently or in a team
• Uses independent judgment in applying engineering principles to cost-effective solutions
• Completes multiple projects concurrently
