Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, finance or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of engineering experience, with some substation and transmission line exposure.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead a team of 15-18 engineers and design staff.
• Promote safety and maintain a safe work environment.
• Coach, mentor and develop staff to meet project goals.
• Align project scope, schedule and cost with management.
• Maintain production schedules in collaboration with PM and construction.
• Promote adoption of new technologies to improve performance.
• Make timely decisions on internal work and contracted work.
• Foster teamwork and accountability for quality and cost performance.
• Provide ongoing performance feedback and technical support.
