MEAG Power is seeking a Senior Systems Analyst to join the Information Services team in Atlanta, GA. The role focuses on delivering reliable, high-performance technology solutions, and supporting both packaged and custom applications.

You will design, develop, test, and maintain applications while working with cross-functional teams to meet management goals. A strong background in business systems, automation, and strong communication is essential.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in Business or Information Systems or related field.
• Experience as internal IS administrator / business systems analyst.
• Experience with Laserfiche in administration and automation.

Responsibilities

• Formulates and defines system scope and objectives for complex business systems.
• Collaborates with Help Desk on escalated issues and monitors SLAs.
• Elicit, analyze, document, communicate and validate business and system requirements.
• Maintain knowledge of company technology infrastructure interactions.
• Lead moderately complex projects and train users on applications.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
